Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was good. The room was smaller than expected from the photos, but it had a Nespresso machine, which was a nice touch. The price range was around $140 to $160. The location was great, being centrally located in the city. However, there were a few service issues with the reception desk deactivating my room key twice.
The hotel is in a pleasant part of the city with some good not too expensive restaurants nearby and offers a nice walk to a park, the waterfront, and Elizabeth Quay. The rooms are large with two king-sized beds, comfy chairs, and a reasonable desk, perfect for a night's stay. The staff is excellent, very helpful and friendly. However, it's unfortunate that the dining experience could be improved with better replenishment of food items and less waiting time. The location is great within walking distance of the city center, Elisabeth Quay, and various eateries, providing easy access to the free cat bus service. Value for money is considered decent with the buffet breakfast offering a full range of choices.
The hotel is a great choice for a convenient stay. The rooms are cozy and reasonably quiet, though the decor is a bit outdated. The service from the friendly staff is exceptional, especially in assisting with luggage and during meals. The location is fantastic, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. However, the dining options could use more variety and the pricing seems a bit high.
The hotel is conveniently located close to the CBD, offering easy access to nearby attractions. The rooms are a bit outdated and had some remnants from the previous guests, but the service was accommodating and helpful. The dining options are satisfactory, and the location is great with convenient transportation nearby.
The hotel offers spacious and light-filled rooms that were super clean and had all that we needed for the stay, including a thoughtful touch of chilled wine glasses in the fridge. However, the rooms on lower floors can show signs of aging. The service was incredibly helpful and accommodating, with a central location close to CBD, restaurants, and key attractions like Elizabeth Quay and King's Park. The dining experience may have some drawbacks, but the staff were obliging and attentive. Overall, a great choice for a convenient stay with friendly service.
The hotel room was smaller than expected and not ready upon arrival, which caused a slight delay. Despite this, the room was comfortable but a bit cold. The hotel service was nice, friendly, and efficient, including welcoming breakfast staff. The location was perfect for shopping, exploring, and easy transport. The dining experience was good but lacked variety, and some dishes were overcooked.
